Item was as described. There was an issue with the shipping. The seller used a flat rate box and covered it with paper which allowed it to ship for a lower rate. The package had the paper ripped and USPS saw the flat rate box and required that the difference in postage be paid prior to delivery. I had to go to the post office and pay the remaining postage to retrieve the package. The seller did refund the additional postage when they were informed. The ebay purchase came with free shipping.
