Sellers communication is great! Response time to messages and offers is on point. Giving buyer the nostalgic felling of being in a face to face interaction. Almost like being at a garage sale/ thrift store. Appreciate the customer  experience, that seems to be fading away with online sale sites. On top of that they shipped item out ASAP. Packaged well. Reels were very well packaged, just had an issue with the reels coming apart when opened, probably due to temperature fluctuations during shipping. Seller was extremely gracious and professional and refunded the cost. I very much appreciate them, and would 100% buy from them again.
