My favorite mugs. Buying these to replace those broken over years of use. They were in beautiful condition, arrived quickly and very well packaged for shipment. Even with so much cushioning one of the four arrived broken. I notified the seller. Accidents happen, I was not asking for a refund. They provided a refund for the broken mug. Local pick up would have been nice had we known the item was literally in the next town over. It was very well packaged. Arrived in a timely manner. Better than described. Looks like a new machine.
