Well packaged. Quick delivery. As described although the lining of one of the side pockets was mis-sewn or defective.The lining of the defective pocket did not come out as to empty the contents of the pocket like to other side pocket of this purse. Instead some of it was sewn to the bottom and stayed attached to the bottom while the sides could be somewhat pulled out. There was also a price tag sewn in that pocket from a Thrift Store. Everything else about the purse was good.
