The item I purchased was a cookbook which was listed as “like new”. When received it had all sorts of papers inside, some taped. Some of the dividers along with several recipe pages were bent inside the cookbook. In my opinion, it should have been listed as used-very good. When purchasing sight unseen it’s important that we get a good overall picture in writing on what we will be receiving. I reached out to the seller and they apologized and to my surprise gave me a full refund

The book was in good condition, pretty much perfect condition. The packaged the item securely, there was no damage, it was also shipped almost immediately and arrived on time. The item was as described, and I got a much better deal buying a second then I did buying it new.
