The item was shipped promptly and the packaging was secure. The listing stated they were sterling silver - however, upon arrival I saw the stamp on the reverse of the earrings said ALPACA MEXICO, which is a non-silver alloy containing nickel, which my skin is sensitive to. I notified the seller and they responded immediately, issuing me a refund and not requesting the earrings be returned. Excellent customer care, and still a lovely set of earrings.

I bought this item was for my 6 year old nephew who loves bowling. I had one when I was a kid and loved it. I think in a day and age where games are a phone screen away, sometimes we need to get in touch with the past. He was absolutely enchanted with his present and I couldn't have been happier.
