The item was shipped rapidly and double boxed. The packaging was exquisite protecting the glass components. The item was in perfect condition better than described. Next time, remove the $24.99 Goodwill sticker from the inner box, lol. Thank you for the best and rarest coffee maker out of production. Great value. New ones when in production were $180.
