The package with the coffeemaker arrived in pretty rough shape from shipping. After opening the package the coffeemaker base was broken, even though the seller took time to wrap it well. After notifying the seller, they immediately provided a refund. This seller has integrity and is great to deal with, even with the unfortunate shipping damage.
