A+++++ seller! Seller's communication and customer service was outstanding! Kelley sent out my spoon promptly, however the USPS was very slow in processing and delivery kept getting later and later. I asked Kelley to try to look into it and she did, and then she went above and beyond by sending me another spoon ASAP. I didn't expect for her to do that and I appreciated her attention to making me totally satisfied. I did finally receive the first spoon.
