Item arrived about a week late. Took 5 days for the item to move from the pre-shipment, or “USPS awaiting item” stage. The packaging was ok, the item was wrapped in several layers of bubble wrap and then placed into an oversized box, where it rolled around freely. The item came as described. However, I think the value of the item is ok.
