Classic fashion belt buckle from the 1940's. Appears to be Bakelite and passes some of the tests, but not guaranteed.... Beautiful, nonetheless. Translucent sunset flavored orange/red with carved notched edges. 2" X 1.25" rectangular shape. Steel tongue and tight levered gripper. Beautiful patina, some light surface rust on metal edges. Perfect for that Boho or Hippie project you've got cooking!
