Packaged perfectly and lovingly with a thank you note on it which I really appreciate. Fasting posting (shipping) time! Value for the price not so much only because the latch hook itself does not have the pattern drawn on it, which is not the sellers fault it is the company who makes it so not exactly as described by the seller in terms of saying it is a pillow, it is not, it is only a latch hook. Otherwise overall great experience and lovely seller! Thank you

The package came on time! It actually came earlier than I expected it to. The bag was wrapped up nicely in paper and it was sealed so it wouldn’t get damaged. The bag came just as described and it’s super pretty!!! I’m going to use it all the time!! The seller was great!
