It's not the seller's fault that the item was delayed because of bad weather, but it took 2 weeks before I received it. The packaging was sufficiently secure. It was a disappointment when I tried it on and it didn't fit and I wondered why. It was even 1 size larger than what I normally wear and still didn't fit. I think it was a youth size instead of a women's size that seller advertised. Seller was ok with return, so I did.
