Package arrived quickly. Doll in nice condition and as described besides the earring arriving broken/almost snapped in half due the item being packaged poorly. I feel the earrings should have been taken out before transit and wrapped separately to avoid this issue from occurring due to their delicate nature. It is such a shame to see it broken. Valued well, and overall a great doll besides that broken part. Great seller, shipped promptly and packaging was neat and came in a suitable box.

Packaged nicely with newspaper, the doll is perfectly described in listing, all the possible issues were pointed out, which is nice, it makes customising her that little bit easier 💜
