Delivery was fast and the plus4 was well packaged and protected. Happy with the purchase. Computer is a bit grimy and is in need of a good cleaning which wasn't quite obvious from the photos, and two of the cursor keys are mechanically stuck. That is something the seller ought to have mentioned in the description, which is why I subtract three stars from the item description. Also: relying purely on photos without describing exactly what is included or not is a bit dubious. Otherwise fine!
