The item received was exactly as shown in the pictures and described by the seller. It was packaged wonderfully and was not damaged in shipment. The train functioned as promised. The seller was extremely responsive to questions I had. Would have been happier with a smaller shipping fee, but in the end if was not as bad as others. Shipping time was very short. Happy about that. Can't wait to show the grandkids the train at Christmas.

The shades came in wrapped in bubble wrap in a sturdy box and exactly as pictured in the listing. Needed to contact the seller as the wrong item was shipped initially, seller was very quick to reply and remedy the issue.
