Coat is smaller then measurements. Own 4 different colors of these. Explained to seller. They wanted 2 offer me 15% refund & i keep coat. Said no. They offered me 20% refund. Once again, no. I wanted 2 send it back for full refund. They said it was impossible 2 send a return label from China. They wanted me to mail it back on my dime & they would reimburse me shipping. Post office told me (and gave me a dummy receipt as proof) it would cost $75.75 2 send back. On a $55 coat? EBay 2 the rescue!
