Upon purchase the seller immediately contacted me to confirm my shipping address. Then, tracking was provided as soon as it was shipped and it was packaged extremely well. The ceramic is thick and the lettering/ designs are crisp. I couldn't find it anywhere in the states at this low of a price.

Shipping was slow but item is very beautiful and professionally sewn with beautiful satin fabric and bright colors. New condition and nice quality. I feel it was a good value. There seemed to be shipping issues but seller was with it every step of the way. Excellent customer service.
