The top was clean, looked like the photo, packaged well, sent promptly and tag said 8/10 L. It was way too small. I generally wear a medium and large is generally big on me. It must have been mis-sized. Seller kindly refunded money for the top. I will donate it to Goodwill as I can't wear it.
